We supply and install furniture, AV, lighting, and graphics for any type of event space. From conference staging to exhibition stands, every element is sourced, delivered, and collected by us. No third parties, no gaps.
Event Logistics
We move everything your event needs, on time and without complications. That includes warehousing, transportation, on-site handling, and full customs clearance for international events across Europe and beyond.

Our Process
Complex events made simple.
Initial Consultation
We sit down to understand your brand, your show objectives, your audience, and the venue you're walking into. By the end of the call you know what's possible and we have what we need to start designing.
Design
In-house designers translate your brief into CAD layouts that map every element to the millimetre, from build dimensions and lighting to AV positions and traffic flow. You sign off visual renders before anything is built, with revisions until it's right.
Production
Carpentry, modular structures, graphics, signage, and AV are built or sourced in parallel by the team who designed them. Every element is dry-built and quality-checked at our warehouse before it ships.
On-Site Installation
Our crew handles delivery, floor covering, structural build, electrics, AV, graphics, lighting, and final dressing to the venue's build schedule. By the time doors open your stand is finished, tested, and ready to perform.
Show Day Support
During the event, our team remains on-site to provide real-time support and handle any last-minute changes. Your team focuses on the visitors. We focus on the stand.
Breakdown & Post-Event Review
We handle full derig, asset packing, and onward logistics within the venue's tear-down window, with everything labelled for return to your storage or ours. After the show we review how it went, identify where we can improve, and stay in regular contact as we plan the next one together.

A shell scheme is the modular structure your show organiser provides. A custom build is designed and constructed from scratch around your brand and brief. We deliver both, often in combination, depending on your budget and goals.
