Floor Planning & CAD Design
Our team conducts a full venue survey and produces detailed CAD floor plans that optimise exhibitor placement, visitor flow, feature areas, and compliance with health and safety regulations. You receive layouts for sign-off before exhibitor allocation begins.
Exhibitor Communications & Portal Setup

Production of Materials
We design and manufacture everything in-house: shell schemes, custom builds, signage, registration areas, stage sets, AV, furniture, and graphics. Every element is dry-built and quality-checked at our warehouse before it ships to the venue.
On-site Install
Our skilled crew handles full installation including shell scheme, electrics, floor covering, custom builds, AV, and graphics. We work to the venue's build schedule with the labour and contingency to absorb whatever the show throws.
Through Show Support
A senior team member remains on-site for the full run of the event, handling exhibitor requests, last-minute changes, repairs, and supplier coordination. Your team focuses on delegates and content. We focus on operations.
Breakdown & Post-Show Review
We handle full derig, removal, and onward logistics within the venue's tear-down window. After the show we review how it went, identify where we can improve, and stay in regular contact as we plan the next event together.
