Yes. Our team works with you from the very start to plan your floor layout and maximise your allocated space. We take into account visitor flow, brand visibility, and functionality to ensure your stand works as hard as possible throughout the event.
We recommend getting in touch as early as possible ideally three to six months before your event. This allows sufficient time for concept development, design approvals, material sourcing, and build preparation. That said, we’re experienced at working to tight timelines when needed.
Yes. We manage exhibition builds across the UK, Europe, and worldwide. Our in-house team handles international freight, customs clearance, and on-site coordination, so your stand arrives on time and is built to the same standard wherever the show takes place. Recent international projects include EMC 2024 at the Bella Centre in Copenhagen.
Yes. We’re happy to work from your existing design files or collaborate directly with your creative agency. Our role is to bring your vision to life with precision whether that means building to spec or offering our own design expertise where needed.
